12 SEPTEMBER 2009

It was suppose to be a meaningful day for mummy and daddy . It was suppose to be a joyous day & full of celebration supposedly . But things didnt turn out that way ......

Mummy was at work on this day . While mummy is busy doing some paperwork in e office .... suddenly mummy's mobile rang .....

Mummy : Hello . Nak ape ? Adek nga busy nie .
Mama [ mummy's mum ] : Adek , mama nk bwk gegerl g uma nenek . Atuk pengsan .
Mummy : Ha ?! Atuk pengsan ?! okay2 . jmp adek kat uma nenek .

So mummy quickly inform daddy , pack my things , Inform manager , and left e office .

In the train ..... while going towards to jurong ..... My mobile rang again .....

Mummy : Hello ma ? Adek da otw nk g jrg nie .....
Mama : [crying] DEK !! PEGI HOSPITAL NUH SKRG !! ATOK DAH MENINGGAL !!

The moment mama broke e news to me , my heart felt heavy and sank real deep . Called daddy but daddy didnt pick it up . So msg-ed daddy and inform him e news . Mummy called mummy's manager and inform her so to let her know dat im not coming to work next week . Can you believe it that mummy actually broke down real hard in e train ignoring the people around me ? The moment mummy reach hospital daddy msg mummy .

Daddy : Inform me what happen and why .......

So e moment i step in e hospital , mummy's cousin came to get me as i didnt know where is e jenazah . I walk up to her and we both hugged and cried real hard . Went in and get my grandma who was in a weak state .

When we were finally allowed to go in , there he was . My grandfather .... who use to be smiling , happy and talkative just laid real still . Everyone kissed and apologise to him for all their wrongdoings . In my mind it was saying "bile arwahnye maseh hidup , satu haram manusie pon tnk ajak dr kua . tapi bile dr da tkde , aru satu2 menangis setengah mampos . mati tanak ! " .
Call me bad , call me mean .... cause tats wat they are ..... dont wanna elaborate any further .

Mummy was sitting and the side when mama and e rest arrive . Baby came to me and sat on my lap . Suddenly , baby got down and went to selak kain yg tutup muke arwah take a look and close back . Another min she did e same but this time round to my surprise , baby usap kepale arwah atuk , tutup kain and wave goodbye . Everyone who was there saw wat baby did and kept quiet . She knows her nyang is no more .

So dats about it . I dont wanna continue e story or else my tears would flow down again ...... watever it is , may you rest in peace grandfather ......
